Dr. Lin Lin is a Professor at the National University of Singapore and a former legal policy maker at the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority of Singapore (ACRA) . Her book focusses on the role of the state in venture capital law in China. The seminar discusses the role of venture capital in the markets and the role of industrial policies in national economies. It also introduces participants to the latest legislation on foreign direct investment in the EU and the ensuing new challenges to venture capital firms.
