The German Association for Comparative Law (German National Committee of Comparative Law) is holding its 39th Conference on Comparative Law at Humboldt University in Berlin, Germany
This event covers topics in supply chain ethics and business and human rights. The Association runs an essay competition for young scholars * as well as the prestiguous Ernst Rabel Award for excellent doctoral theses.

Too Big to Convict? Corporate Criminal Liability – Challenges and Solutions
Conference: 7 June 2022 10:00-16:30 (BST) (online)
Funded by the Society of Legal Scholars, this Conference hosted by University of Derby and organised in partnership with UWE, University of Portsmouth, Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and London Centre for Commercial and Financial Law, explores the different models used to address the criminal liability of corporations, and assesses the challenges associated with these models. This conference will explore national, international and regional law, policy and/or soft law, looking at the scope for change and reform.
The event will run virtually, attendance will be free and the conference will be recorded.
